By accessing our website or interacting with our automated systems (including "JudeoBot" on WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By sending a message to our WhatsApp number, Facebook Page, or Instagram account, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Description of Service

Our Services are provided primarily through automated messaging interfaces. The Services include:

Delivery of Torah classes and Hebrew educational materials.
Notifications regarding religious times (Zmanim) and community events.
Automated responses to user inquiries using Artificial Intelligence.
Facilitation of charitable donations via third-party processors.

3. AI & Automated Responses (Disclaimer)

You acknowledge that you are interacting with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses regarding religious laws (Halakha), historical facts, or Hebrew translations may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete.
Not a Rabbinical Authority: Information provided by the AI is for educational purposes only and should not be used as a definitive Halakhic (religious legal) ruling. For specific religious questions, please consult a qualified Rabbi.
Monitoring: Conversations with the bot may be monitored by human administrators to improve service quality and ensure safety.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Sending messages that are violent, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
Attempting to "jailbreak," manipulate, or exploit the AI logic.
Using the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited advertisements.
We reserve the right to block any phone number or user account that violates these policies without prior notice.

5. Donations and Payments

We accept donations to support our 501(c)(3) nonprofit mission.

Third-Party Processing: All payments are processed by secure third-party platforms (PayPal, Every.org, or similar). We do not store your credit card information.
Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or as required by law.

6. Messaging & Data Charges

Our Services are free to use, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply when you use WhatsApp, Messenger, or visit our website. You are solely responsible for these charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including daily lessons, videos, text, and logos, is the property of Portal al Judaísmo Inc. or its content providers. You may share this content for personal, non-commercial educational use, provided you do not alter the content or remove attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

No Warranty: We do not guarantee that the automated service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
