Mission
Portal to Judaism, a nonprofit organization affiliated with respected Batei Dinim (rabbinical courts), including Mekor Haim Sephardic Beth Din of Queens led by Rabbi Eliyahu Benhaim, Queens Beth Din under Rabbi Peretz Steinberg, and the RCA (Rabbinical Council of America) with Rabbi Zvi Romm. These affiliations, built on close relationships with Rabbi David Algaze, ensure that conversions and halachic guidance are held to the highest standards of authenticity and care.
We have opened the doors to all those interested in knowing the wisdom of Judaism as it is transmitted by the rabbinical tradition. With the help of visionary donors and leaders, this mission can reach new heights, bringing us closer to a world where every sincere soul is welcomed into the Jewish family. Together, we can bring the light of Torah to the farthest corners of Latin America—and perhaps, hasten the coming of Mashiach.
