• Messaging Platform Data: When you communicate with us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Direct Messages, we process your phone number, basic public profile name, and the content of your messages. This data is processed solely to respond to your inquiries and facilitate your requests. We do not request or access your Facebook/Meta login credentials.

• Usage Data: Information collected automatically through our website analytics (e.g., Wix, Google Analytics), such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages viewed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage your enrollment in the Yeshiva Toldot Yehuda or IHC programs.

• Send important updates regarding classes, community news, and religious services via your preferred messaging channel.

• Process donations securely through third-party providers (PayPal/Every.org).

• Improve our communication efficiency using automated tools ("bots") to provide immediate answers to common questions.

3. Data Protection and Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Wix.com and our internal secure databases. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties except to provide the services you have requested.

4. Meta Business Messaging & API Policy

Our application ("JudeoBot") integrates with the Meta Business Platform to manage communications.

• No Social Login: We do not use "Facebook Login" or "Log in with Instagram." We never ask for your password or access your private social media account data beyond what is shared in a direct message conversation.

• WhatsApp Cloud API: Our use of the WhatsApp API is strictly for administrative, religious, and educational communication. We comply with Meta’s Commerce and Business Messaging policies. We do not send spam or unsolicited marketing messages; proactive messages are limited to those who have opted-in or requested information.

• Data Deletion Instructions: You have the right to request the deletion of your conversation history.

  • Automated: Reply with the word "DELETE" in any WhatsApp/Messenger chat to trigger an automated deletion request log.

  • Manual: Email us at info@portalaljudaismo.org with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will remove your records within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to third-party sites (like PayPal for donations). These sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

6. Children's Privacy

While we offer educational services for children (Yeshiva), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 via our digital platforms. All digital enrollments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
